Advocates & Solicitors
The advocate who builds the tools.
On the Roll, and I build the software myself, on the same proprietary layer I rely on in my own practice. Technology your practice can trust, because it was built from inside the profession, not sold into it. The work speaks below.
The enquiries you never see
Most first contact now arrives after hours, and in the client's own language. The firm that answers first tends to be the firm that is instructed. Right now that reply happens when you next pick up your phone. It could happen the moment the message lands.
Industry researchA reply within five minutes converts several times more often than one within an hour, and most clients instruct the first lawyer who responds.
The demonstration
See it work
Choose a language and send a first enquiry. This is the same first-contact flow a client would meet, running here in your browser.
Language
Live assistant. It answers only from advocate-reviewed Malaysian legal content, cites its source, and defers to the lawyer on anything it cannot ground. General information, not legal advice.
On your phone
It lands where you already work
No new app to learn, no dashboard to check. A qualified enquiry arrives on WhatsApp as a clean card: the matter, the urgency, the language, the callback. You are one tap from the client.
Delivered to your team the way you already work. Group delivery uses a dedicated line; internal alerts can also route via Telegram or Slack.

The simulation
Your funnel, running itself
Reply within five minutes and you are up to twenty-one times more likely to qualify the lead; most clients instruct the first lawyer who responds. Fewer than one in ten firms manage it.

Enquiry captured, instant reply
The client sends a first message. Within seconds a branded acknowledgement from your firm lands back, in their language.
我家人今晚被扣留了,我们该怎么办?
Your firm, auto-reply
We have your message and will call you shortly. Stay calm; do not sign anything you do not understand.
Illustrative. Integrations (WhatsApp, calendar, e-signature, payments) are configured per firm and subject to each platform's terms.
The hub
Fits the stack you already run
The assistant sits at the centre and connects outward, like a nerve running to each tool your firm already opens every day.
Works alongside the systems your firm already runs. Deeper practice-management links are configured per firm on request.
The difference that holds
Always current. And it acts on your dates.
Most assistants answer a question and forget it. This one keeps watch: it stays current with the law, and it holds your dates for you.
Always current.
The law does not sit still, and neither does the assistant. It keeps itself current from authoritative Malaysian sources on a schedule, with a verification step before anything is stated as current law.
It acts on your dates.
It remembers the dates that matter and acts on them on its own: an adjournment, a limitation period, a filing deadline. When the date arrives, it follows up, so nothing quietly lapses.
Right the first time.
The reason it holds up is a proprietary layer I rely on in my own practice. It is tuned to Malaysian law and checks itself against source before it answers, so it gets it right the first time.
Drawn from published sources with a verification step. It supports the lawyer's own judgement; it does not replace it. General information only; no guarantee of accuracy, and a lawyer stays in the loop.
Do not take my word for it. Put it to the test.
Why it holds up
It runs on a proprietary layer I rely on in my own practice, tuned to get Malaysian law right the first time and to verify itself before it speaks. Careful, current, and accountable, the way our work has to be.
What your firm gets
On WhatsApp, where your clients already are.
In four languages: Malay, English, Mandarin, Tamil.
Handles first contact: rights, what happens next, and books the consultation. General guidance, never advice.
Qualifies and captures: the matter, the urgency, the contact, waiting for you by morning.
Yours alone. Branded as your firm; your clients reach your office, never a marketplace.
The work, not a slide
I do not demonstrate with mock-ups. I run production software: the assistant on my own firm's site, voiced concierges, WhatsApp aides that handle real operators' days. You can watch them work before you decide anything.
WhatsApp practice aides
Always on
An invitation
Founding practitioners
A small number of firms shape the first version and carry preferential terms for doing so. Introduce a colleague whose practice joins, and both firms earn extended preferential usage. Colleagues sharing an advantage, never a referral fee.
https://advocates.raul.com.my/?ref=YOURFIRMThe founding cohort
Reserve a founding seat.
The first firms to come aboard build at the founding rate and lock their monthly cost for life. After the founding seats are taken, the price returns to standard.
To build, once
To run it, monthly
Founding 20. A genuine cap; the rate rises to standard after.
The one-time build goes live in 7 days, with your first three practice-area modules included. After that, the RM300 monthly rate keeps it hosted, supported, and current on Malaysian law.
The whole cost, said plainly: a one-time build (RM4,000 for founding firms, RM5,000 after), then RM300 a month to host it, support it, and keep it current on Malaysian law. Optional language or practice-area packs are the only extras, and only if you choose them. We put the running cost in front of you, because you should never be surprised by it.
The reservation is credited toward your build. The RM300 monthly rate is locked for life for founding firms; nothing else is charged unless you add an optional pack.
See it on your own firm
Tell me about your practice and I will show you, on an example built for your firm, in a short call. No obligation, and no price talk until you ask.
